Day 3

I feel more comfortable in my own skin today. I think what helped me get here was doing what I love, and being with people I love. Taking one day at a time, one action leads to the next. It's easier to go when you're already going just like Newton's first law: An object in motion stays in motion until acted upon by an outside force. An object at rest stays at rest until acted upon by an outside force. I've really thought about that concept today and how we have so much control about which direction we go. We can be that change if we are observing our life's in a delicate and contiplative manner. If we are seeking change, an outside force will change us if we dont change ourselves.
